The structure of this belt is similar to that of the Raw Edge plain belt. owever, the belt is designed to reduce noise by applying several fabric layers to the bottom surface. Laminated fabric construction provides smooth and noiseless drives. Large gripping capacity reduces belt slip. Smaller stretch reduces belt noise. Abrasion, shock, bending and crack resistance extends belt service life.

Also heat resistance.

A cogged bottom belt structure reduces the energy loss caused by bending. As a result, it fits small pulley and gives stable performance at high speeds. Mainly used belt for heavy trucks and buses because of its longer service life. Excellent flexibility permits smaller pulley diameters and reduces energy consumption caused by bending. Performance remains unchanged even in high-speed operations. Heat and oil resistant provides longer service life. Smaller stretch offers maintenance free operation.
